Of all the things in the world that create opportunity for human beings, we believe that the strongest and most equalizing of these is education. Working alongside growing kids is a dynamic, incredible process and energy to be part of, and our schools should be the most culturally central, beautiful places for this significant work all over the world in whatever shape and size they can possibly exist. We bring these deeply held beliefs about education to our little school house on Main Street in Battle Ground.
Our goal is to have our school be accessible to all who want a thoughtful, meaningful education and our fundraising is essential to keeping our doors open.
In our schools, we do not take anything for granted, and we sincerely appreciate the enriching opportunity this school community provides. We should all be able to wake up and enjoy adventurous, problem-solving lives every day, and that is what our schools are about–working together to create a unique oasis of childhood for growing kids and families.
The more we get together, we gather together, our roots go down…tusen takk (a thousand thanks in Norwegian), mahalo (thank you in Hawai’ian), thank you for your continued support of our school vision and the work of our school community. There are so many memories tucked inside the years of these ever-changing, growing schools which are beloved by many, many families past and present .
